The Navy and Hat Size?

This may sound ridiculous but I'm planning on joining the Navy (currently doing very intense personal fitness training to get ready) but my only concern came up randomly in my mind the other day. I wear a very large hat size, like I can't wear just any normal sized "fits all" cap. I wear like a XXL or maybe even an XXXL, big head. Can you still join the navy with a big hat size? I know this sounds completely dumb but I'm just hoping this stupid thing won't stop me.

How can I get thinner for prom (6 months)?

Hello everyone, thanks for looking at my question :) I am nearly 16 at the moment, I am tall at 5ft 7 or 8. I used to be around 11 1/2 stone, but now I weigh in about 10 stone, (roughly 140lbs or 63kg). Many people say this is okay weight, but I feel very untoned and flabby. I am not unfit, as I can do athletics, fitness training etc fine. I just feel seriously untoned! :( It would be nice to lose another stone maybe before prom. I am especially awful on my thighs (like especially on the inside of my leg near my knee) and my upper arms seriously need toning too. I am -relatively- okay about the rest of me. Oh and i feel like my jawline is pretty awful too, needs toning also :P Any way, that in six months, I could improve this please? Can't afford a gym, or these daft technical thingys. Just plain exercises or anything? Thankyou! Oh and I'm female! My BMI is like 21 or something :)
